Directions for Use

Phased cooking: Day 1 — Sheng Hua Confinement Soup: cook with 250ml of water in a gas cooker, paired with meat (with or without meat); pour out after cooking and drink 1 bowl directly. Day 2–28 — Replenish soup packs: cook with about 4 bowls of water in a gas cooker, or stew with about 2.5 bowls of water in a slow cooker for about 2.5 hours, with or without meat; once cooked it can be split into 2 servings. On Day 1, 14, and 22, pour in 1 bowl of the broth (eat together with the herbs). Day 6, 13, 20, and 27 are exclusive to the Gold Set: take the Gold Set herb pack (remember to eat it together with the herbs). Red Date Tea: cook with about 3000ml of water in a gas cooker for about 2.5 hours and drink throughout the whole day as water. Mama/Baby Herbal Bath: add to water and heat until the water turns brown, then use for bathing / wiping the body.
