Directions for Use
Herbal bath pack (external use, for postpartum confinement bathing): place 1 pack into a bathing bucket or a baby bath tub, pour in a kettle of hot water, and after about 10–20 minutes remove the pack; once the water cools to a suitable temperature of about 37°C, use it to wipe the body, bathe or wash the hair (if there isn't enough water, top up with warm water from a water heater).
